Isil is from Istanbul-Turkey and moved to New York at the end of July 2010. She earned her B.A in Early Childhood Education in 2002 from Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey. In Turkey she worked at bi-lingual and international schools as a teacher for pre-school to first grade and also in administration. She is excited to be working at Washington Market School.
