Joan McIntee

Joan has extensive experience in the field of early childhood as both teacher and director in a variety of settings, such as the Kennedy Child Study Center, the Infant Evaluation Unit at Mount Sinai Medical Center and the Montessori Day School. She holds a B.A. in Economics, Masters Degrees in special education and infant studies, as well as a Doctorate in Early Childhood Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Joan is Montessori trained and has completed a separate course of study in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy. This is Joan’s seventh year at WMS.
