Latisha Cook

Latisha was born and raised in Brooklyn. In 2008, she received CDA certification from the Council for Professional Recognition, as well as a certificate in Childcare Management from New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She has been teaching preschool in NYC for the past 11 years. She has taught every age group from 6 months- 5 years old. She is currently pursuing her Early Childhood Education Degree at City College and will be graduating in the spring of 2013. Upon graduation she hopes in the future to pursue her PhD in Child Development. This will be her Third year at Washington Market School. Latisha enjoys spending time with family, traveling, trying new restaurants, vacationing in France, shopping online, and visiting museums while on vacation. Latisha is very excited to begin teaching in classroom 2.
