Michelle Carberry

Michelle grew up in the Northwest corner of Connecticut and received her B.A. in Elementary Education from Central Connecticut State University. Prior to moving to New York, Michelle was teaching first grade in a PreK-8 public school. She moved to New York in 2007 and after living in the East Village for several years, Michelle recently relocated across the river, to Jersey City. Last May, Michelle earned her M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University as a Literacy Specialist for children age Birth-6th grade. She is very excited about starting her 5th year at WMS and feels lucky to be part of such an amazing staff.
