Michele Schifferle-Marzulli

Michele studied at SUNY Buffalo, Mannes School of Music, and Lehman College, earning her B.F.A. in Music Education and an Artist Certificate for cello. Michele has taught music for enrichment programs through the NYC Board of Education in the Bronx and at the Church Street School for Music and Art. She was also a teaching artist for the Little Orchestra Society at Lincoln Center. Michele continues to freelance as a cellist in NYC and has participated in many music festivals, including Musica Antiga de Lisboa and the Manchester Music Festival. This is her ninth year at WMS. She lives in NYC with her husband, Thomas and her son, Sam.
