Noriko Okamura

Classroom 6

Noriko grew up in Tokyo and California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.  She initially began working with young children by volunteering for a preschool her son attended in Manhattan.  Prior to WMS, she worked as an Assistant Teacher / Substitute for a preschool on the UES.  Every 4 years, she puts Team USA together to compete in the World Baseball Tournament for the Physically-Challenged in Japan (just had the third one in 2014!).  She is very excited to be a part of the WMS community!
