Now more than ever, parents need support to create emotionally healthy and resilient home environments. This workshop series provides parents with practical and applicable tools to skillfully manage stress and anxiety, become aware of biases and judgements, and gain clarity on their core parenting values. Using research-based mindful parenting practices, these workshops help parents move from automatic pilot to intentional ways of showing up in their families during this challenging time.
